Yes, we have a new chef! Meet Antonio, originally from Rome, he has previously worked at Haberfield Rowers, Cala Luna & Perugino in Sydney, but learnt his craft back home in Italy. Antonio is just settling in and has exciting plans for new dishes, which we can't wait to share with you.
Make sure you follow our Facebook and Instagram feeds and come and meet Antonio, as we'll be holding tasting events over the next fortnight, prior to launching the new menu later this month.
