At The Sailor we've long been a fan of live music and have supported local artists right from when we first opened. Over the last two years we have had an amazing array of talented musicians grace our small, but perfectly formed, Sailor stage. It was also a great honour to get nominated by the Restaurant & Catering Association for the OneMusic Excellence Award recognising live music venues. Sadly we didn't win but we came away winners all the same!
Our 'Live Music Fridays' have been a bit absent of late, but we have some great acts lined up for you over the next couple of months so be sure to check our Instagram and Facebook pages for who's on and when. We'll also be putting on special one-offs and have some Saturday and Sunday events in the planning too!
First up this month, the girls are back in town! Friday March 18th sees Playlist Live returning for what will be a great night. Their first visit in December was a real hit and they sure know how to get the crowd going!
On Friday 22nd April we have local favourites Rock Bottom making their Sailor debut playing the Greatest Hits of the 60's & 70's.
For both of these events, bookings can be made to secure a table, but we expect both nights to be standing room only.
