About the Chef

Antonio Di Francescantonio

Antonio originates from Rome, he has previously worked as Head Chef at Haberfield Rowers, and prior to this Cala Luna & Perugino in Sydney, but learnt his craft back home in Italy.

With over 30 years of experience, Antonio brings a passion for cooking authentic Italian and modern European inspired dishes, using seasonal produce, market fresh seafood and quality meats.

 

After working in large kitchens, Antonio has come back to his roots, cooking the food he and his family love and he is excited to be sharing these dishes, flavours and his culinary journey with you.
